I exercise regularly and I have taken myself from couch potato to ocean swimmer and easily swim 3km when I am in the pool or ocean. I dance in the dark, I bounce on trampolines, I hike and walk and love many forms of exercise now when I never used to.
My body isn't perfect. My body isn't all muscles from hardcore exercise. It is at a size and shape I am happy with. It is the perfect body for me.
I say "I choose to be alcohol free, drug free, smoke free, gluten free and 90 to 95% sugar free." I allow myself to be more flexible than I was when I tried to be 100% sugar free. I literally can take it or leave it now and that's saying something from someone who ate 3-4 ice-creams every day by the end of her overeating.
