It all starts with a consultation call and then you complete a thorough intake form with a smoking questionnaire. The session itself is between 1.5-2 hours. Then you listen to a personalised hypnotic recording, every day for at least 30 days, which I make live for you in the session. After 30 days we have a catch up call to see how you are going and how much you are loving being smoke free.
Many people have success with 1 session however some do require more if the layers of beliefs around smoking are deep or multiple.
